My darlings, it is my birthday. I am 34 years old today! I’m so happy to have made it through another year and to sail boldly into the next. Some years are harder than others, and 33 was a doozy. But I survived! And it can only get better from here.

In fact, I made a little video… Because I wanted to say thank you for being with me on this journey. I hope it uplifts you and inspires you to make the absolute best of this one life you have!

Here’s a pill that might be hard to swallow: how abundant you feel depends entirely on your mindset. Let me say that in another way. No matter how much money you make, no matter what your savings account looks like, and no matter how many opportunities come your way, the only thing that will make you feel ABUNDANT is your attitude. The difference between feeling wealthy and feeling poor is in your head.

A few different scenarios to ponder:

You could be sitting on $1,000,000 but feel like crap: constantly looking around at everyone else, focussing on what you don’t have, obsessing over the “lack” in your life.

You could have a thriving business that makes plenty of money, but because you don’t feel good about how you earn it, you spend everything as soon as it hits your bank account, leaving you feeling insecure and uncertain.

You might be stuck at an earning plateau, unable to make more, because deep down, you don’t feel like you deserve it.

You might be constantly spinning your wheels, feeling terrified of checking your bank balance, convinced that there will never be enough money for you to feel safe… Because your mindset is one of fear and scarcity.

If you don’t think this is a radical self love problem, you’re kidding yourself!

We all have money blocks. No matter who you are, and no matter how much self-improvement you’ve done, the one thing that trips absolutely all of us up is the subject of cold hard cash.

Yesterday, I jumped on Facebook to talk about how our radical self love levels affect our bank balance, and money guilt and shame. Then I led everyone watching through an exercise to clear anxiety and remove those pervasive thoughts that “there is never enough!” Afterwards, everyone was blown away. This technique really works. (I don’t teach anything that doesn’t!)
